1 Corinthians 2:1-5
The apostolic declaration is the testimony of Jesus. It is being a witnesses of his resurrection of his power and of his blood and of the cross! It is to represent and to declare Jesus, it is to represent his name his works, his nature and his blood. It is having that witness in our lives and having who he is branded on our hearts, boldly declaring his wonderful works by the Holy Ghost!
